|Principal Note||Lobos family,|
Thank you to the families who joined us for Family Visit Day! We enjoyed your company, support, and learning from your feedback! We are already excited for the next one in April!
We hope that you enjoy the long weekend in honor of Presidents’ Day.
|Presidents’ Day Long Weekend||There is no school on Monday, February 21 or Tuesday, February 22.|
|Rapid COVID Testing Update||About 50 students have signed up for weekly rapid COVID testing on Thursdays from 7:30-8:00 a.m. Students earn $25 for their first test and $10 for each test after that. Students will receive a giftcard in the mail in the middle of March for all the tests they took in February. The giftcards will be sent to the address their parent/guardian signed up with. The giftcards and testing are managed by an outside company, not our school. |

|Family Visit Day Recap||Our Family Visit Day was this Tuesday. We were so honored that 23 families representing almost 30 of our students were able to spend their time with us for a few hours that day. We distributed $575 in King Soopers giftcards!|
Please save the date of our next Family Visit Day on April 19.
|Students of the Week||Shout out to this week’s Golden Lobo nominees and winner. Students were nominated and voted on by their teachers for their excellence in demonstrating our PACK Values of Achievement, Justice, Perseverance, and Organization. Congratulations, lobos! |
Nominees: Gema and Rafael
|Clothes to Kids Denver||With so many families continuing to struggle in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, I wanted to remind you that Clothes To Kids of Denver is here to help. In case you aren’t familiar with us, we provide every shopper with 5 outfits, 1 coat, 1 pair of shoes, 1 bra (optional) and 5 pairs each of new underwear and new socks, all for FREE in a welcoming store-like setting. Students ages 3-21 (enrolled in preschool-12th grade or pursuing a GED) can visit every four months as long as they meet our basic eligibility requirements.|
Curbside & In-Person Service Available – No Referral Required
Families wishing to make a shopping appointment should call us at 720-379-4630 or email us at email@example.com. For families who would prefer a contactless option, we are offering wardrobes via Curbside Service. This option enables parents and caregivers to request a wardrobe for any student in need, and our staff will shop on their behalf.
