|BESS Info||Next week, students will be taking a social and emotional screening questionnaire called the Behavior and Emotional Screening System (BESS). The social and emotional screening will occur three times over the course of the school year. Repeated screening helps us determine if the supports we provide to students are effective in meeting their needs. The BESS only takes approximately ten minutes to complete and consists of 28 questions for the student to answer. If you do NOT want your child to participate in this screener, please fill out one of the forms below and return it to the School by 9/23/21. Please direct any questions you may have to Hannah Younger (firstname.lastname@example.org).|
