NOTICE OF STRIVE PREP BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Trustees of STRIVE Prep will be held on
Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at 4:00 PM, virtually via Zoom.
The Board will discuss integration, academic results, external relations, finances, operations,
enrollment, and attendance.
Public Comment:
Before submitting a Public Comment, please review the
Guidelines for Public Comment
If you would like to pose a question or comment to the Board, please submit your question
no later than 24 hours before the start of the meeting – 04/18/2023 4pm MST. Please
contact Sally Winter on sally.winter@striveprep.org.
Questions/comments must be for the Trust Board and must be in relation to meeting
agenda items:
● STRIVE Prep and Rocky Mountain Prep integration
● Academic results
● External relations
● Finances
● Operations
● Enrollment
● Student Attendance
Please note that due to time constraints, questions/comments will be restricted to 2
minutes per question/comment.
We request that when not speaking, attendees mute their microphones.
N.B. Special meetings of the Trust Board will not include Public Comment.
